Terms and Conditions

1. West Trek Tours Inc. reserves the right to alter or cancel tours (mainly due to inclement weather or road conditions) without notice. Because of the flexible nature of our product and the seasonal environment, our trips may be subject to change without notice.
2. Cancellations will result in a 10% fee if made 72 hours or more in advance of your travel date. A fee of 50% applies if less than 72 hours, but greater than 24 hours notice is given. A fee of 100% is applied for less than 24 hours notice or failure to show up for the booked departure. West Trek Tours Inc. strongly recommends that you purchase cancellation insurance to be used in the event of unforeseen circumstances occurring.
3. Seat Availability is based on a first-come, first-served basis. All tours are subject to availability. To increase your chances of reserving a seat, contact our office at least 7 days prior to your desired departure date.
4. Tour prices DO NOT include the cost of accommodation. Hostel pricing is independent from West Trek Tours Inc. and rates may change without notice.
5. West Trek Tours Inc. and its staff are not responsible for booking or reserving accommodations and activities for its passengers.
6. There are no refunds for unused portions of a pass and the pass is not transferable.
7. Passes are valid for unidirectional (one-way) travel on the designated route and are valid for the entire season.
8. *MINIMUM days refer to the number of days travel required to complete a portion of the tour. NOTE: Some departure days require more lay-over time between tour portions than the minimum days possible.
9. West Trek Tours Inc. and its staff are not responsible for any personal belongings lost, damaged, or stolen.
10. The activities listed in the brochure, run by independent operators, may become unavailable at any time. West Trek Tours Inc. and its staff cannot be held responsible for the unavailability of such activities.
11. Some activities available may be considered dangerous. West Trek Tours Inc. cannot be held liable for accidents, injury or death while taking part in any activities that may be deemed dangerous that you voluntarily choose to participate in while on your trip. West Trek Tours Inc. Strongly recommends all passengers carry personal health and travel insurance.
12. We recommend booking, at least, 1 week in advance of your desired tour date. You must call our office to inform us of your intention to jump-off or jump-on a bus as far in advance as possible. Please note if you miss your bus you will be charged a penalty fee of $20 (and you must call our office immediately). Itinerary changes must be made by closing time the DAY BEFORE your departure.
13. You are responsible for booking accommodation for any additional nights if you are planning to jump off the bus.
